Generating a draft activity notebook content

Ensure to enable Generate activity notebook content using GenAI feature. Contact your system administrator to verify that it is enabled.

An administrator must enable this feature in the CloudSuite Self-Service Portal (CSSP). If the feature is not available in your environment, contact your system administrator.

  1. Open an activity.
  2. Select Notebook. A list of notebook chapters is displayed with a text area.
  3. Select a notebook chapter.

    The Generate button becomes available when the text area contains no existing notebook content.

  4. Click Generate to open the Generate Notebook screen with draft content.
  5. Optionally, click Regenerate to create a new draft content.
  6. Click Insert to move the draft content to the notebook chapter text area.
  7. Click Save.
