Loading calendar data

When Office 365 is enabled for the account, the system displays a data selection dialog in My Calendar. If Office 365 is not configured, the system skips the dialog, loads only CLM activities, and does not display the Outlook filter check box.

  1. Click My Calendar. A dialog displays with data source options.
  2. Select which data to load from these options:
    Data Description
    CLM activities This data loads M3 CLM activity records only.
    Outlook entries This data loads Microsoft Outlook calendar events only.

    If you select both options, the system loads both M3 CLM activities and Outlook entries.

  3. Click Proceed. The calendar opens in work week view with M3 CLM activities in gray and Outlook entries in blue.
