Experience Designer applications

M3 Customer LifeCycle Management is an Experience Designer application that serves as a customer engagement platform that enables organizations to create and manage personalized customer-facing process.

The Experience Designer applications assigned to your role appear based on the administrator's configuration. Select an application to open it in M3 H5.

M3 CLM Customer Overview

M3 CLM Customer Overview (CLMCUSTOVR) is an Experience Designer application that displays M3 CLM data. This serves as a template which is the starting point for customers who want to further develop and improve the M3 Experience Designer application tool.

Customer Overview is an example application for users who must retrieve account information and other entity records that help them in their daily activities.

You can view this information from the application:
  • Account overview
  • List of activities with details
  • List of contacts with details
  • List of opportunities list with details
  • Quotes
  • Financial information

Limitations

  • The application is only available in English. Translations can be added.
  • This application does not work in H5 Classic. The new version of H5 must be enabled.

Using the application

M3 CLM Customer Overview (CLMCUSTOVR) starts with a list of customers that you have permission to view. When you select a customer from the list, the other parts of the application are filled with data.

The first tab shows the account information and allows the user to update the information.

The second tab shows the activities of the selected account. When you select an activity record, the details are displayed on the lower panel. The same applies to the Contacts and Opportunities tabs.

Users can update activity and opportunity records, or remove them from the list.

Notebook information is also available for accounts, activities, and opportunities.

The Quotes tab shows the related quotes of the selected account record:
  • Sales quotations
  • Equipment and after sales quotations
  • Rental quotations
The Finance tab shows some financial information and the customer invoice list.
Note: The Quotes and Finance tab lists and details use M3 APIs to display the information.

Using the application

M3 CLM Sales representative Overview (CLMSLSOVR) opens with an overview of the user’s current, overdue, and delegated activities.

Additional tabs display the user’s activities, opportunities, and contacts. When a record is selected, its details are populated so users can review and update the information.

You can view and update the notebook information on their perspective entity details.
