Enabling Outlook integration

Before you start, ensure to do these actions:

Configure the Outlook add-in integration. See Infor M3 Customer LifeCycle Management Integrations Library (Cloud), and select Configuration > Integrating Outlook to M3 CLM .
Ensure that you have the Tenant ID and Application IDs for M3 CLM Web and Mobile from your Microsoft Azure administrator.
Select Outlook as the email application at System configuration > System settings > Additional Settings.

You can access Office 365-related settings at System configuration > Outlook integration.

Note: Enabling pop-ups and third-party cookies in the browser for the Infor OS Portal site is optional. After configuring Office 365, advise end-users to enable these settings to avoid specifying their credentials each time when signing in to Office 365.
