Adding a contact for an activity

There must be contacts for the account before you can add a contact to an activity.

If the contact list is empty or the contact you want to add is not listed, click New Contact to create a new one. Once created, the contact is automatically linked to the entity.

  1. Open an activity.
  2. Expand the Contacts section.
  3. Click Add.
  4. From the Select Contact screen, select one or several contacts.
  5. From the drop down menu, select the role of the contact.
  6. Click Apply.
