Deleting a contact synced in M3

  1. Open an account.
  2. From Contacts tab, select a contact.
  3. Click Delete.
    If you click Delete, these options are shown:
    • Delete in M3 and M3 CLM: Contact is deleted from M3 and M3 CLM
    • Delete in M3 only: Contact is deleted from M3 only.
    • Set as inactive: Contact is set as inactive in M3 and M3 CLM.
  4. Click OK.
