Adding an account-to-account relationship

Account-to-account relationship is not included on the default Account dialog design.
  1. Open an activity.
  2. Select an account.
  3. Click Add.
  4. On the Create New Account relationship window, specify the required information.
  5. Click Search.
  6. On the Search Account window, search for the Account to be related.
  7. Select a value from the search results and click Select.
  8. Click Create. Specified values are added to the list. You can view the account details by clicking the Account name hyperlink from the list.
    To view or update the account-account relationship, double-click the record.
