Adding issue steps

  1. Select System configuration > Issue Type Definition.
  2. Select an issue type.
  3. In the IssueTypeDefinitionStep section, click New.
  4. Select a process step from the list.
    The process steps that you have created in Process Step Definition is included in this list.
