Creating a campaign part

  1. Open a campaign where the campaign part is created.
  2. Click Campaign Parts.
  3. Click New.
  4. In the Details section, specify this information:
    Name
    Specify the name for the campaign.
    ID
    Specify the ID of the campaign.
    Campaign Type
    Select the type of campaign part.
    Activity Responsible
    Select the owner of the generated activity.
    • Campaign Part: Select this option if the owner of the generated activity is the user who started the campaign.
    • Business Area Responsible: Select this option if the activity owner is the business area responsible defined in the business area record.
    • Account Owner: Select this option if the activity owner is the account owner.
    Begins
    Specify the start date and time of the campaign part.
    End date
    Specify the end date and time of the campaign part.
    Budget
    Specify the budget for the campaign part.
    Total cost
    Specify the total cost for the campaign part.
  5. When you select Business Area Responsible as the Activity Responsible, specify this information:
    Business Area
    Specify the business area for the campaign part. The business areas are set in M3 Mobility Core Toolbox.
    Responsible Selection
    Set this criteria for the selected business area to determine the owner of the generated activity.
  6. When you select Activity as the Campaign Party Type, specify this information:
    Activity type
    Select the type of activity for this campaign part. The activity types are set in the M3 Mobility Core Toolbox.
    Set generated activities as done
    Select this field to set the activity generated to done.
  7. Click Save.
    The status of a new campaign part is set as Planned. The status of a campaign part is visible in the Campaign Management dashboard.
