Creating an issue

  1. Open an account.
  2. Proceed to the Issues tab.
  3. Click New.
  4. Provide the new issue information.
  5. Click Save.

    To enable automatic generation of issue number, contact your system administrator for assistance.

    When this setting is enabled, the Issue Number field is set as read-only in M3 CLM. Automatic generation of issue numbers is only generated to new records after setting up the issue number series in the Toolbox.
