Adding accounts or contacts through search

  1. Open a campaign part where the target group is set.
  2. Select a target group.
  3. Click Search icon.
  4. On the Entity Search page, search which accounts or contacts are added in the target group.
  5. Click OK. All query results are added.
    Note: Only records displayed in the Search Results are added. If there are more than 55 matching records, scroll down in the Search Results until all the remaining records are loaded.

    Empty state are displayed when no target group is created. Search and Add Account buttons are available to generate a target group. If fields are different, see how to display target group account and contact filter in Dialog design in Infor M3 Customer LifeCycle Management Administration Guide.
