Setting activity type for any quotation

If the import of quotation records is done previously, you may skip this configuration.

Setting the activity type determines where the Quotation button is displayed. The Quotation button is shown in web client.

  1. Select System configuration > Quotation settings.
  2. Select the quotation type from the list:
    • Standard quotation
    • Equipment quotation
    • After sales quotation
    • Rental quotation
    • MCO quotation
  3. Select the activity type where quotations are made. Ensure to select the activity type because this is a required setting when importing and creating a quotation.
  4. Click Save.

    Proceed to the configuration steps of the selected quotation type.
