Mapping busy status and importance code

  1. Select System configuration > Outlook integration > Busy status/Importance settings.
  2. Select an Outlook busy status to map and select the corresponding M3 CLM busy status code.
  3. Click the right arrow to finalize the Outlook-to-CLM field mapping.
  4. Select an Outlook importance to map and select the corresponding M3 CLM importance code.
  5. Click the right arrow to finalize the Outlook-to-CLM field mapping.
  6. Select the record in the Busy status map table or Importance map table to remove a field mapping, and click the left arrow.
