Specifying selection settings
- Select Data Import > BE Communication Setup.
- Expand the Selection section.

Specify this information:
- Export Accounts to M3
- Select what to export to M3 BE. You can choose to export new
accounts and updates, updates to existing accounts only, or new
accounts only. You can also choose not to export anything to M3 BE.
To enable the creation of an M3 account from an M3 CLM account, select 1 or 3.
Note: This field applies only to M3 CLM. - Account Status From
- Specify the lowest status the account to import.
- Account Status To
- Specify the highest status the account to import.
Account Status From and Account Status To are inclusive. If Account Status From is set to 20 and Account Status To is set to 90, the account with status 15 is not imported, but an account with status 20 or 90 is imported.
- Account Type 0 - Account Type 9
- Select which account types are imported. You have the options not
to copy, always copy, and copy upon entry of the Accounts
with the specified Type in M3 BE. The default
setting of Account Type 0 is always (2) imported, the others are set
to 0 - No.Note: This field applies only to M3 CLM.
- Product Status From
- Specify the lowest status that a product is imported.
- Product Status To
- Specify the highest status that a product is imported.
Product Status From and Product Status To are inclusive. If you set Product Status From to 20 and Product Status To to 90, the product with status 15 is not imported, but the product with status 20 or 90 is imported.
- Only Saleable Products
- Select this option if there products that are saleable are imported (that is, Saleable in MMS001 = 1). For MFS, ensure that this option is not selected.
- Contacts with Employer ref type
- This field shows that M3 Mobility Core imports all contacts that have Employee ref type set to 1 - Customer. This field is read-only.
- Click Save.
