Setting up Outlook add-in

Before you start, ensure that you have the API Gateway file for Outlook add-in.

  1. Optionally, if you have access to API Gateway, proceed to Authorized Apps and download the API Gateway file of M3 CLM Outlook Add-in.
    If you have no access to API Gateway, ask for a copy of the API Gateway file from your system administrator.

  2. On the Login page of Outlook Add-in and click the Folder icon.
  3. Upload the previously downloaded API Gateway file.
  4. Click Sign in and log in using your M3 CLM sign-in name and password.
