Checking notebook availability

A note identifier is a notebook icon that is displayed on the first column of an entity record to indicate that a notebook is available. The note identifier is available for both table view and card view, and within the dashboards.

  1. Open an entity filter list.
  2. Move the pointer over the note identifier to view the notebook count.
  3. To view the notebook in detail, click the note identifier.

    Depending on the setup in the M3 Mobility Core Toolbox, the default notebook is displayed.
