Campaign Management overview

The M3 Customer LifeCycle Management Campaign Management is a tool for people involved in direct marketing.

Campaign Management (CM) uses the same database as the M3 Customer LifeCycle Management (M3 CLM) to select Target Groups and find address information for the mailings.

The module sends feedback information to M3 CLM as to-do activities for sales persons.
