Creating a document using templates
- Open an entity.
- Click Document > Manage Documents.
- In the Document List window, click Add Document.
- Click From Template.

In Add Document From
Template window, specify this information:
- Select Language
- Select a language. The default value is the user language. Select a language from the list or select All to view all templates connected to the entity.
- Select Template
- Select a template from the list of available templates.
- Name
- Specify the name of the document.
- Description
- Optionally, provide a short description about the document.

Click Create.
Note: Filename is automatically generated.
