Using Campaign Management
To access Campaign Management, you must have a Marketing Manager user role. If you cannot access Campaign Management or if you are unsure about the type of role assigned to your account, contact your system administrator.
All active campaigns are listed in My Campaigns menu. However, the name of this menu varies depending on how your M3 CLM menu is set up in the M3 Mobility Core Toolbox. Use the All filter to list all the active campaigns.
Campaign is a general concept that can contain several campaign parts. All campaign parts are linked to a campaign. You must create a campaign before you create a campaign part.
