Adding an activity for the opportunity

You can check the details about the activity records that are associated to the opportunity and follow-up activities created from quotations. You can also create an activity that is automatically related to the opportunity.

  1. Open an opportunity.
  2. Click Activities.
  3. Click Add. The New Activity tab is displayed.

    Once an activity is saved, the activity is automatically related to the opportunity where it is created from. The opportunity business area is also cascaded to the created activity.
