Light issue management
The M3 CLM mobile app can handle light issue management. You can create an issue under an account and add multiple process steps. Process steps can have multiple activities towards the resolution of the issue. Activities are automatically created once an issue is logged. The number of process steps and activities are set by your system administrator.
You can add, update, and delete issues. You can also add or delete a resolution to each issue.
Process steps are linked to every issue type. Once an issue is started, process steps and activities are created automatically. The process step is considered closed when all activities under that process step are completed. The next process step is then started and activities for that process step are created.
All the process steps for an issue are listed under the Process Step tab, while all activities are listed under the Activities tab.
Once all the process steps are completed, you can set the Issue Status. The values are set by your system administrator.
