Gatekeeper settings

The gatekeeper is a function for a user with the gatekeeper role to accept or reject changes on certain entity columns or fields. If another user makes changes on columns or fields, the changes are applied on the database only if the gatekeeper approves the changes. If the gatekeeper rejects a change, the value for the column or field is reverted to the original or previous value.

You can set what columns or fields are available for gatekeeper approval at System configuration > Gatekeeper settings. Before you start, ensure that Auditing is configured.
