Configuring business chain levels

  1. Select System configuration > Dialog design.
  2. Select Account dialog design.
  3. Go to Dialog Layout tab.
  4. Under Groups section, select Chain (member of).
  5. In Dialog layout, click FilterListControl menu.
  6. Select Account - Business chain (Level 9) filter group.
  7. Save the dialog design.
