Setting the log retention period

  1. On M3 Mobility Core Toolbox, select System configuration > System Settings > Additional settings .
  2. In the Number of days before deleting the mobile logs field, specify the number of days when logs are retained in the app device before logs are deleted. The default configuration is 30 days. Value can be set from 1 to 30 days.
  3. Click Save.
