Configuring the exchange rates

You need to set up the exchange rates.

  1. Select System configuration > Exchange Rates.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify this information:
    Currency
    Select from the list of currencies. Currencies are set in Codes.

    Division
    Select from the list of divisions.
    Exchange Rate Type
    Select from the list of exchange rate types.

    Conversion Method
    Select from the list of conversion methods.
    Rate Factor
    Select from the list of rate factors.
    Valid Rate
    Specify a valid conversion rate.
    Number of decimals
    Specify the number of decimal places.
    Valid From Date
    Use the calendar to set the date when this currency is valid.
  4. Click Save.
