Mapping Outlook calendar entry types to M3 CLM activity types

  1. Select System configuration > Outlook integration > Appointment settings.
  2. Select an Outlook calendar entry type to map, and select the corresponding M3 CLM activity type.
  3. Click the right arrow to finalize the Outlook-to-CLM field mapping.
    Select the record in the Outlook calendar entry map list to remove a field mapping, then click the left arrow.
  4. Click Save.
