Configuring user settings
Use this procedure to change Outlook integration-related settings for individual users.
- Select System configuration > Outlook integration > User settings.
- Select the user from the list.

In the Activity settings section, specify this information:
- Set calendar reminder
- Select to enable the reminder in the Outlook calendar of the user for the activity.
- Include notes
- Select to include MS-Outlook calendar contents for the activity.

Select the appropriate option in the Inbound mail section.
- Do not save attachment
- Select to prevent the attachment from being saved.
- Save attachment
- Select to save the attachment.
- Prompt user
- Select to let the user decide whether to save the attachment or not.
- Click Save.
