Configuring Office 365 General settings

  1. Select System configuration > Outlook integration.
  2. Select General settings tab.
  3. Select Enable Outlook.
  4. From the Integration type list, select Office365. The default value in Integration type list is None.
  5. In the Office 365 section, specify this information:
    Note: For the IDs you need to specify in these fields, contact your Azure administrator.
    Office 365 endpoint
    Specify the Office 365 Outlook site. For example, https://outlook.office365.com.
    Mobile Client ID
    Specify the Mobile Client ID.
    Web Client ID
    Specify the Web Client ID.
    Tenant ID
    Specify the Tenant ID from the web application.
  6. In the Inbound Mail settings section, specify this information:
    Activity type
    Select the activity type. The value in this field is used by M3 CLM Outlook add-in as the default activity type when you create an activity.
    Communication code/field
    Select the communication code or field. This field is used for matching an email address to a contact of an M3 CLM account.
    Default activity notebook
    Select the default activity notebook. The value in this field is used by M3 CLM Outlook add-in as the default activity notebook when you create an activity.
  7. Click Save.
