Configuring Office 365 General settings
- Select System configuration > Outlook integration.
- Select General settings tab.
- Select Enable Outlook.
- From the Integration type list, select Office365. The default value in Integration type list is None.

In the Office 365 section, specify this information:
Note: For the IDs you need to specify in these fields, contact your Azure administrator.
- Office 365 endpoint
- Specify the Office 365 Outlook site. For example, https://outlook.office365.com.
- Mobile Client ID
- Specify the Mobile Client ID.
- Web Client ID
- Specify the Web Client ID.
- Tenant ID
- Specify the Tenant ID from the web application.

In the Inbound Mail settings section, specify this information:
- Activity type
- Select the activity type. The value in this field is used by M3 CLM Outlook add-in as the default activity type when you create an activity.
- Communication code/field
- Select the communication code or field. This field is used for matching an email address to a contact of an M3 CLM account.
- Default activity notebook
- Select the default activity notebook. The value in this field is used by M3 CLM Outlook add-in as the default activity notebook when you create an activity.
- Click Save.
