Sharing an entity

You can share entities with others so that they can access them. Sharing an entity overrides the default permissions per role.

  1. Open the entity.
  2. Click Share.
  3. Click the drill down button of the user or sales team with whom to share the entity.
  4. Set the access rights for the user or sales team.
  5. Click Apply.
