Synchronizing contacts

Customer Lifecycle Management > Contact Synchronization.
The Contact Synchronization page has three sections: Outlook folders (left portion), Outlook contacts (center), and the M3 CLM contacts (right portion).

To sync an M3 CLM contact to Outlook,
select a M3 CLM contact and

To sync an Outlook contact to M3 CLM, select an Outlook contact and .
- Select Synchronize.
