Creating a territory

  1. Select System configuration > Territory management
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify this information:
    Name
    Provide a name for the territory.
    Description
    Provide a short description about the territory.
    Valid from
    Select the date when the territory becomes valid.
    Valid to date
    Select the date when the validity of this territory ends.
    Territory groups 1 - 4
    Select from the list of territory groups. You can define the contents of the lists in Code maintenance.

    You can use these fields as a way of grouping territories.

  4. Click Save.
