Setting default values for standard quotation

  1. In the Default values for standard quotation, specify this information:
    M3 bookmark - H5
    Use this bookmark:

    Note: <M3 H5 Client URL> must be in this format:

    <protocol>://<FQDN or IP address of the Grid where the M3 H5Client is installed>:<port number>/mne

    The URL must be a single line only. The URLs are printed in several lines to fit the page width.

    Import quotes from date
    Specify the date when to import quotes. By default, this field is set to current date.
    Quotation validity in days
    Specify the number of days a quotation stays valid.
    Days before expiration date (Follow up activity 1)
    Specify the number of days before expiration date for first follow-up activity.
    Days before expiration date (Follow up activity 2)
    Specify the number of days before expiration date for second follow-up activity.
    Quotation order type
    Select the quotation order type from the list.
    Follow up activity 1
    Select the activity type from M3-CRS256 for the first follow-up activity.
    Follow up activity 2
    Select the activity type from M3-CRS256 for the second follow-up activity.
    Field to use for quote number
    Select the field from the list.
  2. Click Save.
