Enabling Outlook integration
Before you start, ensure to:
- Configure the Outlook add-in integration. See Infor M3 Customer Lifecycle Management Configuration Guide for Infor Operating Service - Cloud Edition for the steps.
- Ensure that you have the Tenant ID and Application IDs for M3 CLM Web and Mobile from your Azure administrator.
