Configuring application message settings

  1. Select System configuration > Application message settings.
  2. Specify this information:
    Activity notebook type
    Select the chapter that is used to contain the activity message.
    Create activity if message is BOD enabled
    Select this option to create an activity for BOD-enabled messages.
    Create activity for owner even if not receiver
    Select this option to create an activity for the account owner even if the receiver is another user.
    Available tables
    Select an M3 table from the list of available tables.
    Selected tables
    This field displays the selected M3 tables from the Available tables.
    Activity type
    Select an activity type from the list.
  3. Click Save.
