Importing quotation records

Before you start the import of the quotation records, you must configure the Quotation settings.

Setting up the Quote import settings

  1. Select System Configuration > Quotation Settings > (Quote to import).
  2. Select activity type.
  3. Select the date in Import quotes from date. Specify the date when to import quotes. By default, this field is set to current date.
  4. Select a field from Field to use for quote number.
  5. Click Save.

Importing quotation records

Start the import for Quotations.

Note: Import all tables with Quote in the table name (example: QuoteHeader).

You can perform import quotation records simultaneously with import of SalesStatistics.
