Adding a related general object

Before creating a relationship between two or more general objects, ensure that there are at least two or more general objects available.
  1. Select Customer Lifecycle Management > My Objects.
  2. Open an object.
  3. Select Related General Object.
    You can also add a related general object in the relationship tree. Just select a related object from the relationship tree and proceed with the next steps.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Click Search.
  6. Select an object record and click Select.
  7. Specify the other details.
  8. Click Save.
