Using the Budget module in M3 CLM, you can create, update, copy, delete, or export Activity or Sales budget for a user, a sales team, or an account.

You can view the budgets you created per user, sales team, or an account and manage them on a cell or line level.

Keep these points in mind:
  • A Team Manager or Assistant role on the selected sales team is required to update an activity or a sales budget for a sales team.
  • You must own or have permission to the record to update an Activity or Sales budget for an account.
  • Budget created by Quarter or Year is dependent on the configured Fiscal Year in the M3 Mobility Core Toolbox. Contact your system administrator for details.
