Before you start, ensure that you have the ION API file for Outlook add-in.
Optionally, if you have access to Infor ION API, proceed to
Authorized Apps and download the ION API file of CLM
Outlook Add-in.
If you have no access to Infor ION API, ask for a copy of the ION API file from your
system administrator.. See how to download the .ioanapi file in Infor M3

Service.
On the Login page of Outlook Add-in and click the Folder icon.
Upload the previously downloaded ION API file.
Click Sign in and log in using your M3 CLM sign-in name
and password.
