Common sections for all dashboards

These are the common sections available across all types of dashboard:

Tab Description
Sales The Sales Pipeline tab provides the estimate on the production level of demands based on the steps used in the sales process. The total sales amount per step in the sales process and the values provided by quarter in the table are displayed in the Pipeline chart. The Sales Forecast chart displays the weighted values for the current quarter and the table shows all weighted values by quarter.
Note: Pipeline and Forecast values are calculated in the M3 Mobility Core Toolbox. Contact your system administrator to change the values.
Budget/Sales The earnings gained through the difference of allocated budget and profit through sales are displayed. Data on the amount of budget and sales of a certain product group are presented in tables and the differences can be compared in amount, quantity, and activity. Data for comparison can also be viewed per month or per quarter. For sales statistics, charts for current sales and top ten products are displayed and details on transactions are listed in a table.
Activity/Activities When you access an existing activity, you can change the details on the Activity Information tab to your desired value. You can also add contacts related to the activity.

You can provide notes that are related to an activity. When you access history, you can view the changes that are made per activity. The focus area contains the data on which product the sales representative works on.

Opportunity/Opportunities When you access an existing opportunity, you can change the details on the Opportunity Information tab to the desired value. You can also add contacts related to the opportunity.

Quote Tables that present data about product values and their corresponding references are displayed. The Quote Header table describes the retail price that are imposed for sales production and other related information, such as account number of the customer, reference, and currency. The Quote Lines table lists the description or reference of products, such as validity, status, line number, and quantity. The amount is also described in this table.
Customer Account details and related records, such as Activity, Opportunity, and Contact of the selected record, are displayed. Charts present the number of activity record per type and the growth of opportunity per project.
