Adding a contact for the activity

Contact records for the account must exist.

See Creating a contact.

  1. Open an activity.
  2. Expand the Contacts section.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Select a contact from the list.
  5. In the Role list, select a role and click the contact row to implement the selected role.
    Note: A contact record must be selected to enable the Role field.
  6. Click Apply.
