Creating a document using templates

  1. Open an entity.
  2. Click Document > Manage Documents.
  3. In the Document List window, click Add Document.
  4. Click From Template.
  5. In Add Document From Template window, specify this information:
    Select a language. The default value is the user language. Select a language from the list or select All to view all templates connected to the entity.
    Select Template
    Select a template from the list of available templates.
    Specify the name of the document.
    Optionally, provide a short description about the document.
  6. Click Create.
    Note: Filename is automatically generated.
