Selecting columns for results

  1. Launch the Selection tool.
  2. In the Target Selection section, click Select Target Entity.
  3. Select an entity.

    The primary key for the selected entity is added in the Selected Columns section. Only one entity is selected for each query.

    By selecting an entity, you can open the details for that entity by double-clicking a row in the selection results table. For example, if you selected Contact, when you double click an entry in the selection results table, the Contact details window is displayed.

  4. Select columns to include from the list of available columns per table.
  5. Select Add to move the selected columns to the Selected Columns section.
  6. Clickt Next.
