A campaign is defined as an activity or event that is carried out towards a Target Group. The Target Group consists of contacts or accounts or both. The goal of a campaign is to address a defined target group with a message during a specific period of time.

When planning for a campaign, take these into consideration:
  • How long should the campaign last and how much is the cost of the campaign.
  • Who is the target audience. Some campaigns are directed towards different categories of contacts of the accounts in your database.

Campaigns are designed to work as a container for a number of Campaign Parts and therefore has no Target Group or questions.
