M3 CLM administrator can set permissions to business area responsible

M3 CLM users can configure the permissions in M3 Mobility Core > System Configuration > Additional settings.

By default, read permission is selected and cannot be removed. The user can select write, append, and share as additional permissions. The selected permissions are reflected once the user is added as business area responsible manually or through territory management.

In M3 Mobility Core > System Configuration > Territory Management, the M3 CLM user can also select Product Business Area codes as its territory definition. The Business area with responsible records are added on accounts with invoices. These accounts have products that match the business area defined in the territory definition.
