M3 CLM supports filtering and selecting templates for a specific language

The CLM_LanguageName attribute is added to the CLM Document type. The language names defined in M3 Mobility Core Toolbox > Translation/Language (examples: GB, ES) selection is used to match the defined CLM_LanguageName value on the document templates.

A new dropdown field for language is used to filter the document templates. Document templates with no defined language value and with no matching language in the Toolbox are displayed under All filter.
