M3 CLM user can now create a related entity from an activity

This feature is part of M3 Customer LifeCycle Management 2022.x Service Pack 1 release.


M3 CLM now has an available Add button which lets the M3 CLM users create an opportunity, issue, and contact through the Activity-<entity> relation window. The created record is linked to the activity.

M3 CLM users can create contact records through Add Contact under Activity - Contact section.

To use this feature, the user must ensure to enable the Creating related entities in Opportunity and Activity feature in the M3 Mobility Core Tenant Toolbox. To enable and disable toggles, see Infor M3 Customer LifeCycle Management Administration Guide.

The salesperson must have permission to create an entity and its relation.
