Improved filtering in the User maintenance of the M3 Mobility Core Toolbox

For a better user experience, the M3 CLM can now filter one or more columns in the user list. M3 CLM administrators can also set the number of users displayed per page.

To use this feature, the M3 CLM administrator must enable the Handling multiple users toggle in the M3 Mobility Tenant Toolbox.
