Improved mail merge functionality for Excel templates

Description

In M3 CLM , the user can add placeholders in documents for customized letters or reports using the Mail merge functionality. To support Excel templates, the mail merge functionality was improved.

The user is required to apply these steps before generating customized templates:

1. Save entity as an XML file to generate placeholders

2. Create an MS-Excel template and map M3 CLM Fields

3. Upload the template to IDM.
