Creating a checklist template

  1. Select System configuration > Checklist template definition.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify this information:
    Specify the name of the checklist template.
    Specify a short description about the checklist template.
    Select from the entity list. This checklist template applies to the entity that you select in this field.
    Note: Once you save this checklist template definition, you can no longer change the assigned entity
    Valid from date
    Set the date. This field determines when this template is used.
    If this option is selection, the template is disabled.
  4. Click Save.
