Updating a user account

The values for M3 User Name and M3 Sales person identifier should be in uppercase letters.
  1. On M3 Mobility Core Toolbox, select User maintenance > User.
  2. Update any of this information:
    First name
    Specify the first name of the user.
    Surname
    Specify the last name of the user.
    Login name
    Specify the login name to be used when logging in to the application using any client and to M3 Mobility Core Toolbox. The login name is usually the same as the Windows network login name as set in Active Directory.
    M3 Login name
    Specify the user name to be used for accessing M3 BE data for mapping of M3 data (for example, Customer <OCUSMA>).
    M3 Sales person identifier
    Specify the identifier.

    This field is used for mapping in the M3 BE account, among others.

    Inactive
    Select if this account is not active.
    Org. Unit
    Select from the list.
    Address
    Specify the address of the user.
    Timezone
    Select from the list of timezones.
    Zip Code
    Specify the ZIP code.
    City
    Specify the city.
    Country
    Select from the list of countries.
    State
    Specify the state.
    District
    Select from the list of districts.
    Phone
    Specify the phone number.
    Fax
    Specify the fax number.
    Cellphone
    Specify the mobile number of the user.
    Email
    Specify the email address of the user.
    Note: You must specify the User Principal Name (UPN) as the email for SSO login in M3 Mobility Core when the email address specified in this field is different from the UPN in Infor Federation Service (IFS). Consult your IFS administrator for this information.
    Business area
    Select from the list of business areas.
    Facility
    Select from the list.
    Currency
    Select from the list of currencies.
  3. Click Save.
